Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out throughout Ukraine (depending on the situation) by postal services “Novaposta” and “Ukrposhta”, except for the occupied territories.
Goods are dispatched within 1-3 days .
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and other non-working days are dispatched on the next working day .
Delivery of goods is paid by the buyer at the carrier’s rates .
Free delivery from 550 UAH.
Delivery by cash on delivery is carried out by agreement with a 50% prepayment .
Self-pickup of goods is carried out by prior arrangement .

Payment
Payment for goods is possible in three ways :
- Prepayment to the bank card
- C.O.D
In case of payment for the purchased goods by cash on delivery, the buyer pays the cost of the money transfer service.
Return of goods
Return of goods is carried out within 14 days after delivery .
Exchange and return of goods is possible if the specified product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, factory labels, labels, original packaging and sales receipt were preserved .
The return of goods is carried out by the buyer at the carrier’s rates .
